LAS CAZUELAS IPA CRAFT BEER
Hello
Friends and Family! As many of you know, Las Cazuelas Restaurant &
Pupuseria carries it’s own In-House IPA. Or maybe many of you reading this
article didn’t know we carry our own IPA. Although, for those new in the Craft-Beer
trend. Have you ever ask yourself what is an IPA? And what does Las Cazuelas
Restaurant and Pupuseria In-House IPA taste like?
IPA
means: India Pale Ale. The IPA is hoppy, a fairly strong pale ale brewed with
English Malts, hops and yeast. In the mid-19th Century, the English
brewed ale with a higher alcohol and hop content, so it can remain drinkable
when arrived the English Colony of India, hence India Pale Ale.
Fast-forward
now, The American version (which we carry) has more of a malt flavor and uses
U.S.A. Ingredients, and our In-House IPA is made Los Angeles!
Our IPA has a scent of citrus, pine, and has a soft and
favorably hoppy taste on the pallet. And goes well with strong flavored foods,
including salty dishes, spicy curries, and grilled meats. We strongly suggest
to having it with our Fajitas, Seafood Cocktail, and Pupusa. Swing by and taste our IPA, let us know what
you think. FACEBOOK, TWITTER, GOOGLE +, WEBSITE
